Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote Ayurvedic products and understand customer requirements.
Recommend suitable Ayurvedic health solutions.
Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer records.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Build robust customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain updated knowledge of Ayurvedic products.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of telecalling/sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of Ayurvedic products is an advantage.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Basic computer knowledge.
CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
