Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage service staff during shifts.
Ensure smooth and timely service to all guests.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and performance.
Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier for smooth operations.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Monitor table turnover and overall floor efficiency.
Train and guide staff on service standards and guest handling.
Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
Report daily operational issues and requirements to the Restaurant Manager.
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
