Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled, friendly, and organized Dental Assistant to join our dental clinic team. The candidate will assist the dentist during procedures, maintain sterilization protocols, manage patient comfort, and help ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during dental procedures such as fillings, RCTs, extractions, scaling, and crowns
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and operatory before and after treatments
Maintain proper infection control and hygiene standards
Guide patients before and after treatments
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
Ensure stock management of dental materials and instruments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
Help in patient communication and follow-ups

Requirements
Prior experience in a dental clinic is an advantage




Basic knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical workplace
Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
Computer/basic software knowledge preferred

Working Hours
6 days a week
Timing: 9 am to 8 pm

Salary
Based on experience and skills

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
