Project Manager – Job Description
Lead and manage real estate projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines to ensure adherence to approved plans.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation and corrective actions.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Oversee in office construction activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and review project progress against milestones.
Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.




Manage and motivate the project team, ensuring accountability and productivity.
Coordinate with government authorities for necessary approvals and permits.
Resolve project-related issues and ensure timely completion within scope and budget.

Experience: 8–15 years in Project Management, preferably Real Estate/Construction
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering; relevant project management qualification preferred

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
