Roles & Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients professionally and efficiently.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

Promote company products and services while identifying sales opportunities.

Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Understand business objectives and contribute towards process goals.

Learn and effectively use company tools, CRM applications, and internal systems.

Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the system.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and process guidelines.

Required Skills & Eligibility :

1–3 years of experience in a US International Voice Process, preferably with Sales.

Strong sales aptitude and customer handling skills.





Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Experience handling international customers is mandatory.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to work on CRM/tools.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.

Age Criteria: Below 30 years.
