Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 5+ years of accounting experience in the Tour & Travel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel accounting, vendor and supplier reconciliations, GST/VAT compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. Experience working with airlines, hotels, DMCs, cruise suppliers, visa vendors, and travel portals will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Reconcile airline, hotel, cruise, visa, insurance, transport, and DMC supplier invoices.
Verify tour package costing and profitability.
Maintain supplier payment schedules.
Process refunds, cancellations, and credit notes.
Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up for collections.
Handle foreign currency transactions and exchange rate adjustments.
Coordinate with operations and sales teams for billing accuracy.

Required Skills




Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the Tour & Travel industry.
Strong knowledge of these softwares Tally,Shadowbooks and XL Accounting.
Experience with supplier reconciliations and customer billing.
Knowledge of GST (India) and VAT (UAE) regulations.
Understanding of domestic and international travel transactions.
Experience in handling multi-currency accounting.
Good knowledge of banking procedures and payment gateways.
Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.
Solid communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com)
M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

Salary

Budget: Market-competitive salary

Working Days & Timings
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
