Plan, supervise and coordinate civil construction and maintenance works.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.
Monitor site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and other departments.
Prepare and monitor work schedules, material requirements and manpower requirements.
Check measurements, quantities, work progress and contractor bills.
Ensure proper quality of materials and workmanship.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues or deviations.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable statutory requirements.
Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurements and project documentation.
Monitor project costs and support effective cost control.
Identify delays, technical issues and risks and report them to management.
Coordinate inspections, testing and rectification of defective works.
Ensure proper completion, handover and documentation of projects.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management related to civil engineering and project activities.





Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in civil construction, project execution or site supervision.
Valuable knowledge of construction methods, materials and site practices.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and BOQs.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.
Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of quality and safety requirements.
Ability to manage contractors and site teams effectively.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
