Job Description
Responsible for managing the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring timely goal setting, KPI/KRA tracking, performance reviews, appraisals, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate annual and mid-year performance appraisal processes.
Support KRA/KPI setting and review for employees.
Track appraisal timelines and ensure timely completion.
Prepare PMS reports, dashboards, and MIS.
Coordinate with managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Maintain accurate performance records and documentation.
Support increments, promotions, and performance improvement processes.
Key Skills: PMS, KPI/KRA management, HR analytics, Excel, communication, coordination, and HRMS knowledge.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
