We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, manage shop-floor operations, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily factory and production activities.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
Manage manpower allocation and improve workforce productivity.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Stores departments.
Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping on the shop floor.
Prepare daily production reports and monitor machine utilization.
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Train and guide production operators and workers.

Qualifications




Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (D.M.E).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
