Lead and manage MEP design and engineering activities for commercial/retail projects, ensuring effective, compliant, cost-effective and constructible solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead MEP design, planning and coordination across projects.
Review HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and ELV systems.
Manage MEP consultants and coordinate with Architecture, Civil, Structural and Project teams.
Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and technical submissions.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and statutory requirements.
Support value engineering, cost optimization and design standardization.
Provide technical support during construction and resolve site/design issues.
Key Skills
Solid knowledge of MEP systems and building services.
Experience in design management, consultant coordination and project execution.
Proficiency in relevant MEP design/drafting software.
Robust communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
