Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, ensure quality and safety compliance, and monitor project progress from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor material usage and verify quantities for billing and inventory.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Verify measurements and certify completed work.
Maintain proper site documentation, including inspection reports and records.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in construction site supervision (or as required).




Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Familiarity with IS codes and local building regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel (Preparing BBS, BOQ, Estimation and Billing work) and AutoCAD; knowledge of project management software is an advantage (STAAD PRO, REVIT).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Siliguri, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
10years: 5 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:
Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
25% (Preferred)
