Location: Calicut (Kozhikode)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Prakrithi by Ramya is a premium designer boutique specializing in sarees, bridal wear, and custom designs. We serve customers across India and internationally through our website and social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via:
Website chat
WhatsApp
Instagram messages
Assist customers with product details, orders, and styling queries
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
Coordinate with internal team for order updates and dispatch
Maintain a skilled and friendly communication tone
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat engagement

Requirements




Fluent in English and Malayalam (mandatory)
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle multiple chats and calls efficiently
Positive attitude and energetic personality
Prior experience in customer support is a plus

Preferred
Experience in e-commerce / retail / fashion industry
Familiarity with Instagram & WhatsApp Business

Note
Candidates must be based in Calicut (Kozhikode)
Immediate joiners preferred
