Sales Assistant – Crockery & Kitchenware Store

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our crockery and kitchenware store. The successful candidate will assist customers, maintain product displays, handle sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences.
Assist customers in selecting crockery, kitchenware, and related products.
Explain product features, prices, and available options.
Handle billing, cash/card payments, and basic sales transactions.
Maintain attractive and organized product displays and store shelves.
Restock products and check inventory when required.
Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-presented.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and returns professionally.




Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
Follow company policies and maintain a skilled attitude.

Requirements
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of retail sales and billing is an advantage.
Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn about crockery and kitchenware products.
Dress code required.
