Dietitian Nishika’s Clinic is seeking a qualified and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage client interactions, strengthen relationships, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client enquiries, calls, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups.
Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments.
Maintain solid client relationships and ensure a positive experience.
Follow up on consultations, packages, payments, and renewals.
Maintain accurate client records and manage CRM updates.
Address client concerns and coordinate with the dietitian/team for timely resolution.
Support client retention and contribute to achieving clinic targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up, customer service, and relationship-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or nutrition is preferred.
