Core Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee daily functioning of the branch, including classes, faculty schedules, and student services.
Business Development: Drive admissions, partnerships with colleges, and corporate training tie-ups.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate instructors, counselors, and support staff.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, revenue targets, and ensure profitability.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in training delivery, curriculum updates, and student satisfaction.
Community Engagement: Build relationships with local industries, educational institutions, and CSR initiatives.

Essential Skills:
Robust background in software education and training.
Strategic leadership with a focus on growth and partnerships.




Communication and branding expertise to promote the institute.
Data-driven decision-making (placement rates, student outcomes, ROI).
Ability to design and promote value-added workshops (UI/UX, emerging tech, etc.).

Impact Areas:
Increasing student enrollment and placement success.
Expanding the institute’s reputation through MoUs, collaborations, and CSR projects.
Enhancing visibility with digital marketing campaigns and SEO strategies.
Driving innovation in course offerings to stay ahead of industry demand.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
