Staff Management & Operations
Assign daily tasks and cleaning zones
Create shift schedules and cover staff shortages
Conduct daily briefings and provide hands-on training
Monitor team performance and assist with cleaning when needed
Quality Control & Inspection
Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation rules
Report maintenance or repair issues promptly
Verify room readiness and proper setup of amenities
Inventory & Guest Services
Monitor stock levels of cleaning products and linens
Order current supplies and issue equipment to staff
Handle guest requests and resolve complaints
Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance departments
Maintain Laundry work.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
