Job Description – Cutting Supervisor

Location: Kesinga, Odisha – Cashew Factory
Salary: ₹25,000 - 35,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the cashew cutting/processing operations.
Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
Manage and guide workers/operators working in the cutting section.
Ensure proper machine operation and minimize production wastage.
Monitor the quality of processed cashews and ensure compliance with factory standards.
Allocate work and manage manpower effectively.
Maintain production records and provide daily updates to management.
Coordinate with grading, production, and quality teams for smooth operations.
Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures are followed.




Identify production issues and take timely corrective action.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Cutting Supervisor in a cashew processing factory is preferred.
Experience in supervising manpower and production operations.
Valuable knowledge of cashew processing and cutting operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage production targets and workers effectively.
