We’re Hiring: IT Technical Recruiter / Core IT Recruiter

Experience: 2–3 Years

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT and Core IT recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical requirement understanding
Schedule and manage interview processes
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment database
Ensure timely closure of open positions within deadlines

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in IT Technical / Core IT Recruitment
Robust understanding of technical and infrastructure-based IT roles
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
