We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Valuation Assistant to conduct site inspections, collecting property data, and preparing valuation reports. The role involves frequent field visits, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct site visits to residential, commercial, and industrial properties
Inspect and measure properties (area, structure, condition, access, surroundings)
Take photographs and document site conditions accurately
Verify property details such as ownership, boundaries, and usage
Collect market information (nearby property rates, amenities, infrastructure)
Assist in preparing valuation reports and data entry
Coordinate with clients, banks, and internal valuation teams
Ensure all reports and documentation are accurate and submitted on time
Maintain proper records of site visits, photos, and supporting documents
Follow company procedures and local regulations during inspections

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
