Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Hotel Prayana. The candidate must have a strong Food & Beverage (F&B;) background and good knowledge of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
- Take responsibility for restaurant, bar and overall F&B; operations.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue and operational performance.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle and resolve major guest complaints and operational issues.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, wastage, inventory and stock control.
- Ensure proper service standards, hygiene, cleanliness and staff grooming.
- Lead, guide, and motivate department heads and operational staff.




- Conduct regular briefings and follow up on daily tasks.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and take corrective action when required.
- Coordinate with management to improve sales, profitability and overall hotel performance.
- Ensure all staff follow company policies and SOPs.
- Submit regular operational reports to management.

Candidate Requirements
- F&B; background is mandatory.
- Experience in hotel, restaurant or bar operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of F&B; service, inventory, cost control and sales.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and work in a fast-paced setting.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in F&B; and hotel operations.
