ACME TOOLS is hiring an Operations Manager to lead our foundry operations.

We're an Indian prototype development and low-volume manufacturing company. Our customers — across automotive, tractors, defence, marine and industrial equipment — come to us to build first batches, validate their designs, and move confidently into series production. Our foundry sits at the centre of that, backed by 3D sand printing, in-house design and precision machining.

What you'll do

- Own day-to-day foundry operations: production, quality, delivery and people
- Develop and refine processes for ferrous and non-ferrous prototype castings
- Work closely with design and machining teams on new part development
- Solve the problems that come with low-volume, high-variety work — where every job is different
- Build and mentor the shop-floor team

What we're looking for

- Robust grounding in metallurgy and foundry processes
- Hands-on experience with conventional as well as modern foundry technologies
- A track record of managing production,



quality and delivery together
- Genuine problem-solving and process-development capability
- A practical, shop-floor-oriented approach — this is not a desk role

Why this role Prototype and low-volume casting is technically demanding work. You'll see a wider range of alloys, geometries and customer challenges here in a year than most foundries see in five — and you'll have the freedom to develop the processes to handle them.
