BBM Solutions is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our growing team and help build scalable, high-performance business operations.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing teams, improving processes, driving productivity, maintaining quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our business services.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead operational teams
- Monitor daily performance, productivity & KPIs
- Develop and improve SOPs and business processes
- Manage BPO/customer-support operations and client requirements
- Coordinate with sales, HR, technology and management teams
- Implement AI, automation and CRM-based workflows
- Ensure data accuracy, security and operational compliance
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Prepare MIS, performance reports and management dashboards
- Support client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships

? What We’re Looking For




- Experience in Operations / BPO / Customer Service / Business Process Management
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Good understanding of KPIs, MIS and process optimization
- Ability to work with CRM, Excel and digital tools
- Problem-solving and decision-making mindset
- Exposure to AI, automation, data management or cybersecurity is a plus
- Robust communication and organizational skills
