Through the Pitstopia Certified Standard (PCS), the company upgrades and certifies facilities so travelers can depend on hygienic washrooms, reliable food stops, vehicle services, and verified mechanics. Role Description As an Operations Intern at Pitstopia, you will support day-to-day activities that help expand and maintain the network of certified highway stops. This internship role is on-site and based in Kochi, where you will assist in coordinating with partner businesses, collecting and organizing operational data, and monitoring adherence to Pitstopia Certified Standards. You may help with site visits, documentation of facility conditions, and preparation of reports or dashboards for internal stakeholders.

The role also involves supporting process improvements,



assisting with basic administrative tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of operational plans.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Basic data handling and analytical skills, including comfort with spreadsheets or simple reporting tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, conduct field visits when required, and adapt to a dynamic operational setting.
- Interest in operations, logistics, or field execution; coursework or prior internship experience in these areas is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; familiarity with local languages in Kerala is beneficial for on-ground coordination.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to take initiative under guidance.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, operations management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
