About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Excellence & ERP System Implementer who will be responsible for building and implementing systems that make our manufacturing operations more structured, measurable, efficient and scalable.

The core responsibility will be to own ERP implementation and continuously improve production, inventory, material flow, SOPs and Lean operating systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Own ERP implementation, configuration, daily system management and process improvement
- Build and implement ERP workflows for Production, Inventory, WIP, BOM, Routing and Material Movement
- Develop systematic flow from Raw Material → Cutting → Stitching → Packing → Finished Goods
- Build controls for floor-level inventory, WIP and production tracking
- Ensure physical inventory and ERP inventory remain accurate and synchronized
- Identify manual, inefficient or people-dependent processes and convert them into standardized systems and workflows
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, SOPs, Visual Management and Lean Manufacturing practices
- Develop and maintain process controls, MIS, dashboards and operational KPIs
- Work with department heads to implement ERP processes, SOPs and operational systems
- Identify process gaps, conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement permanent corrective systems
- Coordinate with ERP/software vendors for implementation, customization, troubleshooting and enhancements
- Train relevant teams on new ERP processes, systems and SOPs
- Continuously improve processes to increase productivity, inventory accuracy, visibility and operational control

What We Are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in ERP Implementation, Manufacturing Systems, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production flow and inventory management




- Practical experience with ERP implementation or manufacturing ERP systems
- Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, SOPs and process improvement
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and MIS skills
- Ability to understand operational problems and convert them into systems, workflows and controls
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and implementation skills
- Strong ownership and follow-through

The person should be comfortable taking ownership from problem identification → system design → implementation → monitoring → continuous improvement.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
