Job Purpose To support day-to-day operational activities, maintain accurate MIS and reports, coordinate with branches, monitor pending activities, and ensure timely completion of operational and compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with branch teams regarding insurance policies, quotations, payment links, and related operational requirements.

- Prepare and share Gold Loan MIS reports on an hourly/daily basis and follow up with branches showing de-growth.

- Monitor inactive branches and prepare regular reports for management review.

- Follow up on pending reports and ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.

- Review Care Insurance policy details on a weekly basis and update policy numbers in the Care MIS sheet.

- Verify data accuracy and ensure all required information is properly updated in final reports at regular intervals.

- Coordinate with branches to follow up and resolve audit irregularities within the stipulated timeline.

- Coordinate with branches regarding Gold Loan SMA and NPA accounts and track their status and resolution.

- Prepare, maintain,



and update various MIS and operational reports.

- Maintain proper records and documentation related to branch operations.

- Coordinate with internal departments and branch teams to resolve operational issues.

- Ensure timely submission of reports and follow-up on pending activities.

- Support management in preparing operational data, analysis, and performance reports.

- Perform any other operational duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work with branch teams and follow up on pending activities.

- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Basic understanding of Gold Loan/NBFC operations is preferred.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
