Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure,



and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into VIM functional/technical solutions.
- Configure invoice processing, workflows, approvals, exception handling, and validations.
- Integrate OpenText VIM with SAP ERP/S/4HANA systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical support.
- Work with business and technical teams throughout implementation and support activities.

Required Skills
- 5 8 years of experience in OpenText VIM.
- Strong hands-on experience with VIM configuration and workflow.
- Experience with SAP FI/MM integration and invoice processing.
- Good understanding of SAP Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience with VIM troubleshooting, testing, and production support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Valuable to Have Skills
- Experience with OpenText VIM 16.x / VIM 20.x.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP Workflow, OCR, and Business Rules Framework (BRF+).
- Exposure to VIM implementation or migration projects.
