About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join our Hopper Universal Non-GDS Travel Process. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in voice-based BPO customer service who can deliver exceptional customer experiences in a global travel process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to travel bookings and support.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer queries.
- Maintain communication quality standards and process compliance.
- Collaborate with the operations team to achieve performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a voice-based BPO or customer service process (Non-GDS acceptable).
- Excellent communication skills (Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 level only).
- Must be located within IBU transport boundaries of Thane.
- Education: Graduate preferred.
- Availability: Immediate joining only.
