We are seeking a energetic and customer-focused International Sales Executive to manage inbound sales inquiries from global customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in international sales and customer support, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of converting customer inquiries into successful sales opportunities while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate should be comfortable handling inbound calls from global customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from international customers and prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.




- Build rapport with customers and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in International Sales (mandatory).
- Experience handling International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Prior experience in Customer Support through international calls is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexible to work in rotational or night shifts, if required.
