Job Summary

We are looking for candidates with experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing/RCM and knowledge of Charge Entry. The role involves accurately entering and validating patient charges and supporting claim processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate and timely charge entry for US healthcare accounts.
- Review patient and encounter information and supporting documents.
- Verify CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, units, and POS.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate for resolution.
- Follow client-specific guidelines and payer requirements.




- Perform quality checks to minimize errors and claim rejections.
- Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Follow HIPAA and data-security requirements.
- Escalate complex cases to the SME/Team Lead.

Required Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing/RCM.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Charge Entry preferred.
- Good knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, and medical terminology.
- Basic understanding of US healthcare RCM and claims processing.
- Good analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
