About the Role
EduMega Academy is hiring an Online Mathematics Specialist to conduct live, interactive classes for Grades 6–8 covering CBSE + early IIT Foundation problem-solving.
Role Highlights
- Micro-Batches: Strictly capped at 8 students per batch.
- Workload: 10–15 sessions/month (60 mins each).
- Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri (fixed days).
- Autonomy: Full freedom in lesson planning, style, and worksheets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of online Math teaching experience (CBSE / IIT Foundation focus).
- PC/Laptop with HD webcam, power backup, and fiber internet.
- Mandatory: Digital graphic pen tablet with stylus.
- Commitment: 1-year minimum partnership.
Compensation & Payout:
- Fixed hourly rate per completed 60-minute session.
