Role Description The Onboarding Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end onboarding of new brands onto various e-commerce marketplaces, including gathering product information, preparing listings, and ensuring compliance with platform requirements.

The Onboarding

Executive will regularly communicate with brand partners to clarify data, resolve issues, and provide status updates, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate go-live of products. Daily tasks include maintaining onboarding trackers, verifying catalog details, monitoring listing quality,



and supporting continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and brand experience. The role also involves basic reporting on onboarding progress and proactively identifying bottlenecks or risks to timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in data organization, accuracy, and attention to detail for managing product information, catalogs, and marketplace listing requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with brand partners and internal teams, and to handle queries and clarifications professionally.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online retail operations, including product listings, catalog management, and platform guidelines.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and standard office productivity tools, along with comfort working with multiple online portals and dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving onboarding issues or process gaps.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or brand onboarding is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
