Role Description The Online Educator is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality online lessons to learners across various digital and technology-focused programs. Day-to-day activities include planning and structuring lessons, creating and updating course materials, delivering live and recorded sessions, and using digital tools and AI-powered platforms to enhance learner engagement and understanding.
The role involves assessing learner progress through assignments, quizzes, and feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to different skill levels and learning styles.
The Online
Educator collaborates with curriculum designers and other team members to refine content, maintain alignment with industry trends, and support crash courses, bootcamps, and corporate training initiatives. The role also contributes to webinars, workshops, and interactive learning events that strengthen PPStack’s educational ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills, with experience facilitating online or blended learning environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, outcome-focused learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear instructional delivery and responsive learner support.
- Candidates should have familiarity with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and basic proficiency in technology topics (e.g., AI, data, or programming) or a strong willingness to upskill.
- Candidates should demonstrate learner-centric mindset, patience, and the ability to work independently in a remote, global setting.
- A degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical teaching experience, is beneficial.
- Experience creating online course materials, assessments, or workshops, and prior involvement in EdTech or corporate training is an advantage.
