Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Okta IGA/IAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Okta Identity Cloud, Okta IGA, Okta Workflows, and IAM integrations . The candidate will work closely with the Solutions Architect to implement, configure, automate, and support enterprise identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Okta Universal Directory, Profile Editor, Profile Mappings, Group Rules, and authentication policies .
- Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
- Develop and maintain Okta Workflows for provisioning, deprovisioning, approvals, notifications, and automation.
- Configure Okta IGA capabilities including Access Requests, Resource Catalogs, Access Certifications, and Approval/Reviewer workflows .
- Integrate enterprise applications using SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM .
- Develop custom integrations/connectors using Java/Python,



Okta SDKs, REST APIs, Event Hooks, and Inline Hooks .
- Configure Org2Org Federation and Identity Providers (IdPs) .
- Troubleshoot SSO, authentication, provisioning, and authorization issues.
- Participate in technical design discussions with the Solutions Architect .
- Support SIT/UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers and perform technical reviews.

Required Experience
- 7–12 years of IAM experience with strong hands-on Okta expertise.
- Robust experience with Okta IGA/OIG and Okta Workflows .
- Strong understanding of IAM, authentication, authorization, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management .
- Hands-on enterprise application integration experience.
- Good troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
