Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse & Logistics officer to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including loading/unloading, dispatch, and inventory coordination. The role involves handling inbound and outbound logistics while ensuring accurate documentation and system updates using SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage loading and unloading of goods safely and efficiently

- Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, inventory handling, and material movement

- Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Handle inbound logistics (receiving, inspection, GRN processing)

- Manage outbound logistics (order picking, packing, shipping documentation)

- Maintain accurate records of stock and transactions in SAP

- Ensure proper documentation for shipments, invoices, and delivery notes

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams





- Follow safety standards and warehouse best practices

- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

- 4–7 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations

- Hands-on experience with SAP (MM/WM modules preferred)

- Knowledge of inventory management and dispatch processes

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
