Role Description The On-site Coach is a full-time role based in the Pune Division, responsible for supporting teams directly at client locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include observing workflows, providing real-time coaching, facilitating training sessions, and helping team members apply best practices to improve productivity and quality.

The role involves gathering feedback, identifying performance gaps, and collaborating with managers to design and implement practical improvement plans. The In office Coach will document progress, prepare concise reports, and ensure that coaching interventions align with client goals and company standards.



This role requires regular interaction with diverse teams, a strong on-site presence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and support.

Qualifications

- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding individuals and teams toward improved performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear feedback delivery, and relationship-building.
- Proven ability to analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support implementation of practical solutions.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple on-site activities, sessions, and reporting requirements.
- Comfort working on-site in the Pune Division, with flexibility to adapt to different team cultures and environments.
- Prior experience in training, operations, performance management, or a similar coaching-focused role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Management, Psychology, or Education) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to use basic digital tools for documentation, reporting, and communication; familiarity with productivity or workflow tools is a plus.
