As a Partner - Office Head at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of the insurance office. You will lead a team of insurance advisors, managing recruitment, training, and development initiatives to ensure that team members meet and exceed sales targets.

Your role will also involve establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing operational strategies that align with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance advisors to optimize their performance.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and resources for achieving company goals.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.





Prepare and present regular reports on office performance to senior management.

- Overall experience of 10+ years
- Minimum 5 years of Life Insurance experience (Mandatory)
