Fabric construction, composition, GSM, thickness, width & quality analysis.
Identify and analyze different types of woven and non-woven fabrics.
Monitor fabric manufacturing processes and ensure product specifications are met.
Conduct quality inspection and testing of raw materials and finished fabrics.
Identify fabric defects and coordinate corrective actions.
Develop and improve fabric quality as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase and Sales teams.
Prepare technical specifications, quality reports and production records.
Conduct fabric testing for strength, shrinkage, dimensional stability, etc.
Support current product development and sampling.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues.
Monitor production efficiency and suggest process improvements.
Maintain technical documentation and fabric records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
