Summary
You will be responsible forthe productive running ofthe division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Director of Human Resources is responsible to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of HR, or HR Manager in larger operation. Valuable problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
