We’re looking for Associate – Sales & Marketing specialists who are energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.

Compensation:
7 LPA – ₹5 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable + Travel Allowance
During the first 2 months (Probation): ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance
Post-probation: 7 LPA package

What You’ll Do:
Activate schools and promote UPRIO’s platform
Enroll students into free trial programs
Convert free users into paid subscribers
Drive renewals, retention, and regular follow-ups
Build solid relationships with parents,



students, and schools
Manage the customer journey through field sales and engagement
