Job Summary

Looking for a Couchbase & NoSQL Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Couchbase administration, cluster management, Couchbase Capella, NoSQL databases, scripting, and Ansible automation.

Key Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Couchbase Server administration and cluster management.
Positive knowledge of NoSQL concepts, data modeling, N1QL, indexing, and query optimization.
Experience with Couchbase XDCR, high availability, and disaster recovery.
Hands-on experience with Couchbase Capella, including deployment, security, migration, APIs, and cost optimization.
Experience with MongoDB, Cassandra,



or Redis is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Shell, Python, or Perl scripting for automation, monitoring, backup, recovery, and maintenance.
Hands-on experience developing Ansible Playbooks for infrastructure automation and configuration management.
Good understanding of Linux/Unix, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), database security, backup, and recovery.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have
Experience with Couchbase Mobile and Sync Gateway.
Relevant Couchbase, Ansible, or Cloud certifications.
