About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager with strong knowledge of female ethnic wear, market trends, sourcing and vendor management. The candidate should have a strong eye for design, pricing and commercial potential.

Key Responsibilities
Track fashion trends, customer preferences and sales data.
Source recent designs, fabrics, trims and value additions.
Identify, onboard and manage suppliers, manufacturers and artisans across India.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, quality and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Sales and Logistics for smooth execution.
Conduct market visits, competitor research and supplier visits.
Maintain vendor records, cost sheets and procurement reports.




Ensure timely sourcing as per seasonal and business requirements.

Required Skills
3–5 years’ experience in female ethnic wear procurement, sourcing or merchandising.
Solid knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, silhouettes and ethnic wear trends.
Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
Strong market understanding and product selection ability.
Valuable communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel frequently across India.
Fashion/Apparel industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
