Role Description The Academic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing academic quality and consistency across the iris florets preschool franchise locations. This role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring preschool curriculum and teaching methodologies, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and child-centered philosophy.

The Academic

Manager will guide and support teachers through training, classroom observations,



and feedback to maintain high learning standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing lesson plans, coordinating assessments, analyzing academic outcomes, and recommending improvements. The role also involves collaborating with franchise partners, communicating with parents when needed on academic matters, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant educational guidelines.
