We are looking for a Merchandiser who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a robust grip on coordination and day-to-day apparel merchandising activities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, factories, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of orders from purchase order creation through production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with factories, vendors, and internal teams for day-to-day order execution.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure all order details are accurately recorded.
Prepare and maintain T&A; (Time & Action) calendars and track key production milestones.
Track production progress and follow up with factories to ensure timely completion.
Visit factories when required to monitor production and resolve day-to-day issues.
Provide daily updates on order and production status.
Maintain and regularly update the daily work/status tracker.




Ensure timely communication and follow-up on pending activities, approvals, and deliveries.
Maintain proper documentation and records related to orders and production.

Requirements
Positive coordination and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel/visit factories as required.
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in merchandising or a related field will be an added advantage.
