Role Description This is a full-time in office role for an Account Administrator at Nilaum Healthcare located in Shahapur, Asangaon. The Account Administrator will be responsible for finance, accounting, records maintenance, account reconciliation, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Day-to-Day Tasks

A) Generating - Quotations/Invoices/Purchase Orders

B)



Maintaining company's Stock Records, Financial Records, Dispatch Records, Inventory Records etc.

C) Company Account Handling

D) Email communication with CA/Bank

Qualifications/Skills

A) Bachelors Degree in Commerce / other finance related field.

B) Transparent understanding of Basic Accounting

C) Excellent at using computer softwares - MS Excel, MS Word.

D) Excellent Communication Skills with a positive command on English Language.

E) Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet targets and deadlines with minimal supervision.
