Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

AI/ML Architect with 12+ years of experience to design and lead scalable, enterprise-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with

LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, cloud platforms, and MLOps/LLMOps

, with robust architecture and technical leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end

AI/ML and Generative AI architectures for enterprise applications.
Lead solutions involving

LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, and Machine Learning

.
Define technology strategy, architecture standards, and best practices.
Design scalable and secure AI platforms with focus on performance, reliability, cost, and governance

.
Lead POCs and guide engineering teams through production implementation.
Design and implement

MLOps/LLMOps for model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with business, data, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Mentor senior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills
12+ years of overall experience in AI/ML,



software engineering, or related areas.
Strong hands-on experience with

Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI

.
Robust

Python programming skills.
Experience with

LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases

, and LLM evaluation.
Solid knowledge of

Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning

, and model lifecycle management.
Experience with at least one cloud platform:

AWS, Azure, or GCP

.
Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, microservices, and MLOps/LLMOps

.
Knowledge of

AI security, governance, responsible AI, and data privacy

.
Excellent architecture, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred
Experience with

Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI

, or equivalent platforms.
Experience building enterprise-scale production AI/GenAI platforms

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
