Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Off Page SEO role based in Muzaffarnagar.

The Off

Page SEO Specialist will be responsible for building and managing high-quality backlinks, submitting listings to relevant directories, and engaging in outreach to industry websites, blogs, and forums to improve search engine rankings. Daily tasks include analyzing competitor link profiles, monitoring off-page performance metrics, managing social bookmarking and content promotion campaigns, and collaborating with the content and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall SEO strategy. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of outreach activities,



reporting on off-page SEO results, and recommending improvements based on data and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for coordination with partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage outreach records, documentation, and reporting efficiently.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Office Equipment and basic computer proficiency to support daily SEO and administrative activities.
- Relevant experience in Off Page SEO, link building, directory submissions, and outreach campaigns is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, analytics platforms, backlink analysis tools) and current search engine guidelines is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines are significant.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory with proven experience.
