Occupational Therapist – Special Education March Little Step is looking for a caring, skilled, and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and support children with different developmental and learning needs.

Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group occupational therapy sessions. Work on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, balance, and daily living skills. Develop individualized therapy goals and activities according to each child’s needs. Support children in improving independence, attention, communication, and classroom participation. Maintain therapy records and regularly monitor each child’s progress. Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to provide holistic support. Create a safe, friendly, and engaging environment for children.





Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT). Valid professional registration as applicable. Experience working with children, especially children with developmental or special needs, will be an advantage.

- Good communication skills, patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach.
