What we are looking for

Role: Observability engineer

Experience Range: 8 to 10 Years

Location: Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Delhi

Must Have:

- Configure and maintain monitoring alerts across servers, network, applications, and cloud environments
- Develop dashboards and reports for real-time visibility and performance tracking
- Support Metrics, Logs, and Alerts (observability practices) to detect anomalies early
- Continuously tune monitoring thresholds to reduce false positives and alert noise

Positive to Have:

- Experience in Monitoring / NOC / Observability roles
- Hands-on experience with Zabbix monitoring tool




- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, AppDynamics, ELK, Dynatrace, SolarWinds
- Strong understanding of:
- Server, network, and application monitoring
- Incident management and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/BMC)
- SLA-driven support environments (24×7 operations)

Essential:

- Exposure to SRE concepts (SLI/SLO, reliability engineering)
- Experience with cloud monitoring (Azure/AWS)
- Basic knowledge of scripting (Python/Shell) for automation
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practice

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
