Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders and the external supplier base >
- Provide leadership, direction and strategy, and make operational decisions cost/benefit analysis with key stakeholders and partners >
- Maintain and follow-up on action plan(s) >
- Develop documentation to support production (PFMEA, work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings data, product labels) >
- Ensure compliance to Recent Product Introduction (NPI) Phase Review Guideline >
- Actively participate in design reviews and provide input to new electronic circuit designs obsolescence redesigns >
- Play a major role in implementing Lean Manufacturing within the plant >
- Be a key player in resolving yield issues during pilot to Mass production >
- Project manage product enhancements from design divisions
