Role & responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network devices and connectivity.
- Support basic network troubleshooting activities.
- Learn and assist with IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and NAT configurations.
- Help maintain network documentation and inventory records.
- Assist the networking team in routine operational tasks.
- Support switch and router configuration activities under supervision.
- Participate in network testing and connectivity verification using tools such as Ping and Traceroute.
Preferred candidate profile
- Basic understanding of OSI and TCP/IP models.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and MAN concepts.
